Dr. Jeremiah Garcia - Associate Veterinarian

My name is Dr. Jeremiah Garcia, and I am excited to join the team as the newest veterinarian at Lake Forest Animal Hospital.

I was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago and graduated with Honors from the University of the West Indies School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. From 2015 to 2024, I practiced in Nassau, Bahamas, where I started as an intern and eventually became Chief Associate Veterinarian before moving to the United States in 2025.

When I’m not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time outdoors—whether at the beach, in parks, or hiking—as well as spending time with family and friends and participating in community outreach programs.
